Drawn by the innovation and creativity of the built environment, he transitioned into real estate and construction over a decade ago—combining entrepreneurial agility with operational precision.

Shay’s philosophy blends speed and accountability with thoughtful planning and collaboration. Gil, Founder and Chief Operations Officer of Trusst Construction, brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience in the home improvement and luxury residential sectors. His portfolio spans California’s most distinguished custom homes, featuring bespoke kitchens, spa-inspired bathrooms, and complete property transformations. Recognizing South Florida as a hub for modern architecture and design, Gil expanded operations to the region to meet the growing demand for sophisticated living spaces.
